What We Offer

Our studio provides classes which are mainly based on Pilates, combined with elements from additional minded methods, such as The Flystick Method, Anatomy trains in Motion and Structural Integration (ATSI), Tension Resistance techniques, Gymnastics, and more, as well as ballet classes for all ages.

Who Can Benefit

Becky’s Minded Movement (BMM) is a studio for Pilates and a variety of mind-body techniques*, which focus on increasing awareness of different aspects of our bodies. 

BMM teaches focused breathing and trains one to be mindful of the breath and re-acquaint with many areas in our bodies we normally don't think of. This often leads to mis- or disuse, and sometimes to pain, fear of movement, loss of confidence in our body.

With a better understanding of the mechanisms through thorough explanation and experience, we can improve many aspects of our movement and well being – from relaxation, through dynamic and efficient, pain-free movement, to increased muscle tone, bone density, elasticity, as well as increased confidence in our own body.

Pilates* is a method that can benefit any person. This is due to it's range of levels, modifications and assisting equipment which can be used to reach our different goals.

Pilates can be done in groups or as individual private classes, according to the needs and abilities of the individual.

People recovering from surgery who have lost range of motion and strength such as shoulder, knee, hip, lumpectomy, mastectomy etc.

Those suffering from Frozen shoulder, Plantar fasciitis, Scoliosis, back pain, Fibromyalgia, stress, as well as pre- and post-natal women, can all benefit from exercises for their specific needs.

Healthy people who are looking to move with accurate guidance, will experience an interesting and diverse workout, and leave with a feeling that they have challenged their bodies but feel uplifted and elongated.

Online Classes & Courses

Our studio provides online (live) and offline (in-house) content.

Starting from early Covid days the studio has taken part in the America-Israel Friendship League webinars on a recursive basis. Join our free classes via the AIFL website.

In addition, every Sunday at 6PM Israel Time, 11AM Eastern Time, we stream a live Mat classes for our paid subscribers.
